Personalization
Engraving is always free* All of our crystal awards can be personalized with text and/or customer supplied artwork. All engraving is done by hand using the sandblasting method. This method of crystal and glass engraving provides you with the highest quality custom crystal awards available.
We guarantee that when your award arrives it will be correct. This is why we provide award proofs prior to doing any award engraving. This ensures that the layout we use has been approved by the customer prior to engraving. If your award arrives incorrect, we will replace it for free. *
*All awards are engraved using the customers approved award proof.
Graphic Design
We handle all of your award layout and designs for you! With your provided text and artwork, we will create an award layout for approval prior to every order. If any changes need to be made we will make them at no additional fee.

Artwork Requirements
logos or artwork are requested in an .eps format and in Black & White only. If there is any text, please convert it to outlines.*Artwork provided in another file format will be reviewed to let you know if it can be used. Additional artwork charges may apply to convert or re-draw the artwork to an .eps format.
Photographs (for use on our illuminated Awards) – Please send photos in .tiff scanned at 300dpi for 5x7 or 600dpi for 8x10
*Graphic design is available at an hourly rate of 50.00 an hour. 1/2Hr. Minimum.
Providing Your Artwork
You can provide your artwork as an attachment via email or attach a file during the check out process.
