Shipping Method
We know that having your awards arrive on-time and in one piece is essential. That's why we are masters at packing your awards for safe arrival and use UPS for shipping. In fact, we *guarantee your awards will arrive by your requested delivery date or we will pay for your next order of equal or lesser value.
*Guarantee is for standard orders (1-6 items) only and does not include rush or volume orders.
Delivery Date
Your requested delivery date is the production time + the shipping time.
Production Time
Please allow 5-7 business days from customer approved award proofs. Rush orders are available at an additional charge.
Shipping Time
We use UPS to deliver all of our Awards & gifts. Shipping times vary from 2-5 days depending on your location .
Rush Service
RUSH Service is available if your delivery date is under 9-12 business days. (depending on your location) Fees vary depending how fast the award order is needed.
